I went back to my hometown Jakarta (in Indonesia) for 6 days... it was so awesome. *_* before this I haven't been back for more than 2 years, so I was really happy to be home! My house has been renovated... so it was weird getting accustomed to the new surroundings at first, but I do love the new house.

my hometown hasn't changed much... still dirty, dusty, scorching hot and full of traffic jams. nevertheless it was great to be back, seeing my cousins and going shopping where everything is cheap. I was really sad when I had to catch the plane to Singapore yesterday night.

oh and while I was there I borrowed Rurouni Kenshin manga from one of my cousins! in my excitement I finished reading the entire 28 volumes in 2 days. as a result I'm now hooked on RK again and suffering from withdrawal symptoms... (need...more...RK... @_@). my hands are just itching to draw some fanart but I've got to study for my June common tests next week! x(

I managed to catch some world cup matches while I was there too. one of them was the england vs trinidad & tobago match. it was so awesome! T&T put up a great fight but england kept fighting! gooo england! and s. korea did well against france! :3 pity japan couldn't beat croatia though.
